Executive MBA

"The Executive MBA at Reykjavík University has been a game-changer for me. The blend of international perspectives with Icelandic realities keeps every discussion both grounded and relevant. The programme is demanding, yet its structure — together with the excellent support — makes it entirely possible to balance a full career, personal life, and studies. As a mother, I expected the intense weekends to feel overwhelming; instead, they have become surprisingly restorative. There is something energising about learning alongside such a dedicated and driven group. The faculty brings an impressive breadth of expertise in strategy, leadership, economics, negotiation, innovation, and organisational behaviour, and the group work encourages you to apply these insights immediately. It is the kind of experience that expands your thinking as a leader, strengthens your capabilities, and sharpens the way you handle complex challenges.”
